Christina Gloger is a full-spectrum fitness maven. Her knowledge of the body comes through intense study, numerous certifications, and, most importantly, over a decade of successful practice and instruction. She began her career in dance, studying at the Martha Graham School for Contemporary Dance in New York City, before her introduction to Pilates in 1996.
As a Pilates instructor, Christina holds the gold standard of expertise: in 2001 she was personally certified by Romana Kryzanoska—one of the few remaining disciples of Joseph Pilates himself. Since then she has been teaching Pilates in studios, private residences, and fitness clubs both national and international. While Christina has over a decade of experience teaching group classes, her profound knowledge of physiology and anatomy has enabled her to successfully teach a diverse clientele, adjusting her program to accommodate virtually anyone—including athletes, pregnant women, children, and even post-operation patients. Christina’s program is tailored to the individual to ensure results.
Starting in 2005, Christina began training clients at Sports Club LA in Rockefeller Center and was soon promoted to Advantage Trainer and then Master Trainer in Pre/Post Natal Exercise as well as Master Trainer for Breathing, before being nominated Trainer of the Year in 2007. She remained on staff at SCLA as a top trainer before taking her practice to Velocity Sports Performance in 2011.
Christina is certified in the following:

Paige Volper has been a practicing, licensed Massage Therapist since 1995. She has immersed herself in a wide variety of styles which has allowed her to assist an equally diverse roster of clients with different needs, including those with chronic conditions, repetitive injuries, pre-and post-surgical patients, power lifters, and professional athletes. Paige customizes her practice according to the individual, and sessions typically begin with a conversation to determine what a client wants, then assessing what their body needs, before integrating different techniques from her rich background to create a therapeutic massage experience that is truly one-of-a-kind.
Paige is a practitioner of the following techniques:
We offer the complete Pettibon System for rapid pain relief and proven spine and posture optimization, along with classical chiropractic care. We also offer spine and disc decompression protocols for rapid relief of pain associated with bulging/herniated discs. In our practice, it is never "one size fits all." What sets us apart is that each patient is analyzed in such a way as to determine exactly what they need to do to "fix" or optimize their own neck, spine and posture.
In this manner, they are empowered to care for themselves and do not become dependent upon us. Since 1979, we have helped tens of thousands of adults and children with neck and back pain, bulging/herniated discs, chronic headaches and migraine, pain into the arms and legs, deteriorating posture, scoliosis, asthma, colic, chronic ear infections and general poor immune response.
Exercise, fitness and being healthy have always been the cornerstone of Stefania's life. She took her fitness to the next level when she began competing in all natural body building and fitness competitions from 1998-2001. During that time she became so inspired that she resigned from her full time job as a financial consultant and became a certified personal trainer. She then went on to become certified in mat pilates, kick boxing and yoga. When she found yoga she knew it was her calling and it transformed her life from the inside out. Since then she has been inspired and compelled to teach what she herself has learned.
She now teaches workshops specifically geared toward healing your back and your life through yoga. Besides yoga Stefania firmly believes in a balance of her CORE FOUR: yoga, weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and meditation. She has competed in 2 sprint triathlons over the last two years and continues to challenge herself to grow and learn. Her business is a natural evolution reflecting her own growth as she has overcome many obstacles in her life, including six herniated disks. Stefania is passionate about sharing her life journey and helping people become the best that they can be. Her philosophy: "Your attitude determines your altitude in life...never stop learning, never stop growing and never stop having a sense of humor through it all!"
