Combining exercise science and massage therapy together with two decades of experience, Stephen finds himself very comfortable working in the rehabilitation setting with special populations as well as athletes. Stephen is a graduate of The Swedish Institute College of Health
Sciences in New York City. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of New York and South Carolina.
Stephen has an extensive background in exercise science with
National Strength and Conditioning (NSCA),
American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM),
Flexibility & Corrective Exercise Specialist (FCES),
Pilates Sports Center (PSC), Level II Kettlebell instructor
with Kettle Bell Concepts, Olympic lifting coach with
United States of America Weight Lifting (USAW),
TRX Suspension Training, Mad Dog Athletics
Schwinn cycling instructor and attended Woodward from
1983-1985, where he trained and competed. Stephen has
also served as the U.S. team massage therapist in Athens,
Greece at the 2004 Mixed Martial Arts World Cup.
Presently he is focusing on personal trainer and performs
one on one assisted stretch & manual therapy, customized
to improve range of motion and flexibility
