Private yoga sessions tailored to your physical, mental, and emotional needs. Pinnacle's team will assess your physical body, determining areas of weakness, and tightness and provide you with your own personal yoga practice to do at home, which will include Pranayama, or breathing exercises and meditation if desired. There is much to be gained from private yoga sessions through Pinnacle Fitness & Wellness versus taking an open class. You will receive exactly what you need specific to you as an individual.
Exercise, fitness and being healthy have always been the cornerstone of Soul Fire's life. She took her fitness to the next level when she began competing in all natural body building and fitness competitions from 1998-2001. During that time she became so inspired that she resigned from her full time job as a financial consultant and became a certified personal trainer. She then went on to become certified in mat pilates, kick boxing and yoga. When she found yoga she knew it was her calling and it transformed her life from the inside out. Since then she has been inspired and compelled to teach what she herself has learned. She now teaches workshops specifically geared toward healing your back and your life through yoga. Besides yoga Soul Fire's firmly believes in a balance of her CORE FOUR: yoga, weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and meditation. She has competed in 2 sprint triathlons over the last two years and continues to challenge herself to grow and learn. Her business is a natural evolution reflecting her own growth as she has overcome many obstacles in her life, including six herniated disks. Soul Fire is passionate about sharing her life journey and helping people become the best that they can be.
