"Regarding Stephen Flam and Pinnacle, I have a very simple statement to make: He has literally changed my life. I am in the best shape of my adult life and, as a result, enjoying my life more. Stephen is both intuitive and scientific at the same time. He possesses a wealth of knowledge about training regimens from cardio to weight training to Pilates to nutrition, which he tailors for each specific client. Each session is customized, and I can say I have never had the same session twice in over 6 months of working out with Stephen. He introduced me to Kettle Bells and has brought me to a level of proficiency that I never dreamed possible. By combining the weight training with Pilates movements aimed at strengthening my core, I have dropped 4 inches from my waist and added lean muscle mass throughout my entire body. We burn 750 to 850 kcals a session but never feel overcooked in the routine.
Stephen is a godsend. The best trainer I've ever had bar none. My highest recommendation!"
"Stephen has been my trainer for about a year. He has a 'take charge' approach, he is very energetic and motivating. When I started working with him, I had bad posture, no muscle tone to speak of and the list goes on. Training with Steph twice a week with kettlebells, weights, and low-impact aerobics has changed all that. My posture has improved tremendously, my core is stronger than it has ever been, and I have good muscle tone all over my body. Most importantly I feel good, and I am very happy! I am always looking forward to my twice-a-week exercise routine with Steph."
